Face slapping can be a hard limit or the most delicious craving, as Rachel Kramer Bussel's protagonist finds out in "A Slap in the Face." Review
"Whether you're a super-kinky mofo or just window shopping in the world of bondage erotica, there is something for everyone in this book. And as an unapologetic intellectual elitist, let me take this moment to assure you that the writing is top-notch. Gone are those old teenage days of sneaking naughty queer books out of the library only to get home and realize they all suck (and not in the good way)."

Review
"This anthology is very well written. The stories are all tightly woven and fast paced. The way lesbians relate in an erotic BDSM scene is surprisingly close to m/m erotic stories, even down to calling the TopDaddyand the bottomboy. There were many hot scenes of strap-on sex which was a delight. These stories werent gentle sweet sixty-nine and cooing. Instead, the reader is treated to some rough sex with whimpering, begging and juices a dripping. Where is the signup sheet?"
BDSM Book Reviews
"For those who enjoy pain and pleasure as a sensual cocktail, the imagination has no limits. Say Please: Lesbian BDSM Erotica is a collection of short erotic fiction from assorted authors as editor Sinclair Sexsmith compiles some of the best stories in the genre, focusing on stories of power, dominance, submission, humiliation, and punishment. Say Please is a strong pick for any assortment of fiction looking to add something that has a good deal of spice to it."

"Once of the main things I liked about this erotic collection was the fact that it is so unique. Its very difficult to find any BDSM book that focuses on lesbians only, and thats exactly what this book did. The book includes a lot of women strapping on cocks/dildos, but the book is focused on the power exchange between the two females as well as the kink and BDSM. Again, though, the power exchange is the biggest feature in most of the stories, and the bottom submits quite freely while the top takes the power and uses it for deliciously kinky things."

"The writers in Say Please aren't afraid to get dirty. Although Dusty Horn's narrator is referring to her unpolished boots, hot lines like "When you see me filthy, you know I mean it" are just dripping with innuendo and vulgar promises. And she makes good. As I turned the final page, I melodramatically went into mourning. Say Please had me practically begging for more. It got me saying please. I bet it'll get you too."

"Definitely one of the best anthologies Ive read, overall content quality was superb. The anthology is heavy with butch/femme characters, which Id expected so I was happy to see a butch-butch pairing and gender binary non-conforming characters as well. Im hoping to see these kinds of characters become more common in queer erotica, partly because I think its great to expose the erotica reading public to experiences and desires of transgressive people. But Say Please is more than a collection of hot sex scenes. No really. Great depictions of realistic D/s, with negotiation and communication and respect aspects of D/s that are vital to mutually satisfying experiences. Consent is Sexy! Pass it on
