Norman Julius "Boomer" Esiason is a veteran quarterback of 14 years with the Cincinnati Bengals, New York Jets, and Arizona Cardinals (1984and#8211;1997). Selected four times to the Pro Bowl and chosen the NFLand#8217;s MVP in 1988, his career marks rank among the top ten in the NFL in all-time passing yards, career completions, and career attempts. The left-hander also led the Bengals to Super Bowl XXIII. Since his retirement from the NFL, Esiason has become a leading national figure in the fight against cystic fibrosis, establishing the Boomer Esiason Foundation in 2010. He is currently an analyst for CBS Sports and co-hosts a morning show on New York radio station WFAN.
