About the Author
Al Wasser received his M.S. degree from Colorado State University. He is certified as a Strength an Conditioning Specialist and as an American Council on Exercise Gold Certified Personal Trainer. A member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Al Wasser is also a Fitness Coordinator for Red Rocks Community College. Donna Kimble is an eighteen-year veteran of Westminister Fire Department in Colorado; she is currently a Fire Lieutenant and active in their department fitness program. Donna is a certified Personal Trainer and a certified Peer Fitness Trainer. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration, and is a certified Paramedic.
