About the Author
Tony Tilford has had a passion for wildlife since childhood. Much of his spare time has been dedicated to the study and photography of birds, and he has written and contributed to many books and accumulated a huge library of color photographs. He lives in Norwich, England, and is a Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain and has also served on the governing council of the largest British conservation body, the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds. Previous books include The Handbook of Cage & Aviary Birds and A Photographic Guide to the Birds of Java, Sumatra, and Bali.
