Illustrated with step-by-step color photography throughout. One of the most abundant vehicles in Germany's World War 2 arsenal, the SdKfz 251 half-track was developed in response to the blitzkrieg requirement for a tank able to transport troops to support the Panzer spearheads on the battlefields. Serving on every front from Russia to France, the SdKfz 251 appeared in a range of theatres and camouflage schemes that makes it an appealing challenge for modellers of all abilities--written by Robert Oehler, consultant editor of the Osprey Modelling series, this is the first volume ever dedicated to modelling the SdKfz 251.
