Redeeming Powells.com Virtual Credit is easy. Simply follow
the instructions below:
- If you have an existing account at Powells.com, simply log
in using your user name and password, then click to review your
account information. Scroll down to the heading, "Redeem
your credit." Enter your gift certificate redemption code
in the space provided.
- If you're setting up a new account with us (to provide your
shipping information, etc.), you may first shop for books or,
if you prefer, set up an account immediately. To create an account,
click on YOUR
ACCOUNT at the top of the Home page (http://www.powells.com)
and follow the fast and easy step-by-step instructions through
the setup process.
- On the Order Form page, under the heading, 'Redeem your credit,'
enter your gift certificate redemption code in the space provided.
- Your gift certificate redemption code is XXXXXX. (Your true
redemption code will be indicated in your online gift certificate.
You will only need to enter your redemption code once –
your account will automatically save any remaining credit for
you to use later.)
- Click the "Continue" button on that page, and the amount of your gift certificate will be issued to you immediately.
Virtual credit may be redeemed all at once or incrementally at Powells.com. The credit does not expire. It may not, however, be redeemed in our physical stores. Thanks, and enjoy Powells.com!
