Mo Willems books are fantastic in general, but this is a definite favorite. I read this book to a class of second graders and they loved it! Trixie is a comical character who the students were amused by and could identify with. She's a well developed character with a strong personality. She reminds me of Ian Falconer's character, Olivia, with the same childlike sass. Although it is a children's book, it is enjoyable to people of all ages. Willems has a smart sense of humor that many can appreciate.
