Set in a city that had been torn apart by a war between heroes and villains, Nova is determined to prove that the villains aren't what the heroes have portrayed them to be. They're a group of anarchists who see the faults in the system, and believe they have a better way to run the city. This story is a fresh take on the classic superhero trope because we get to see the good and bad on both sides, and the dynamic, funny characters that make up a group of heroes-in-training are so compelling that I finished this book in two sittings.
