Return Policy
We accept returns of products in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. We'll credit your account for the full amount paid. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment shown on the receipt.
Returns can be made at any of our store locations to avoid shipping charges.
We do not accept returns on the following:
- New books with accompanying material that has been opened, such as: CDs, DVDs, or other electronic media
- Opened games or DVDs (plastic wrap removed)
- Powell's gift cards and eGift cards
- Food items
- Orders for books in quantities of 10 or more (of the same title)
- Orders for books in quantities of 5 or more (of the same title) exceeding a sum of $300
